I realise that there has been a lack of blogs for my second weekend in Las Vegas. The reasons for this are: I learnt how to play Craps, I drank far too much, I slept far too little and I broke my phone
It has been an amazing couple of weeks and feels like 3 holidays in one.
I'm glad to be back
I'm not drinking for a month
Pictures will be on my website soon

Update from the producers of the show
Following complaints from some viewers the producers of the show have the following statement:
"there was some confusion caused by the title of one of our episodes. To fully explain the title "sex, drugs and waterfalls" - the sex bit was conversations of a sexual nature, the drugs bit was only pain killers and we hope the waterfalls bit is self explanatory"
No animals were harmed during the making of the show. Although a rattlesnake and several cacti were featured

American Dream
Just woke up nice and early in my hotel in Flagstaff. I'm now sat about to be served an American breakfast (eggs sunny side up)
Then i'm gonna go to Walmart to get a bottle of Grey Goose and some mixers, then drive to Las Vegas to meet Lewis, Burns and Rik at the airport.
From there our driver will take us to the Bellagio for the weekend.
I may never come back!!!!!!!

Don't go chasing waterfalls
So the short version of my trek is - Day 1 - drive 3 hours - trek 10 miles down the canyon - swim in waterfall - set up camp - eat - drink - sleep - Day 2 - trek 4 miles - swim in waterfall - dive from the top into water - eat - trek 4 miles - swim in waterfall - eat - drink - sleep - Day 3 - up at 04:30 - pack up camp - trek 10 miles up the canyon. We got to see how the Havasupai people live along the way. This has been a great experience and one I'll never forget.

Sex, drugs & Waterfalls
Just got out of the Grand Canyon. Our guide was Rob and the others on the trip were Shannon, Erin and Laurie. The girls were from New Jersey and were a lot of fun. It is illegal to drink in the village but we smuggled in a case of beer and some wine. The girls brought all sorts of drugs - Xanax, Vicodon etc. It was a fun time.

Long lonely drive but wow!!!
It was a long old drive from Vegas to Flagstaff. Especially with only me to talk to - damn I'm boring after a couple of hours. The scenery was fantastic - this is a shot of Lake Mead which is held back by the Hoover Dam.
Having a few beers in the bar (on my own) and then an early night. Up at 5 to go trekking in The Grand Canyon. Can't wait

It's been emotional
I've just said goodbye to Timmer and Kevin. I'm in a bloody big limo on my way to Dollar rent a car. Then a 5 hour drive to Flagstaff to meet Rob (my hiking guide) and 3 others.
Seems like I've been away for weeks already. Looking forward to chillaxing on my trek. Quite scary going off on my own and weird saying goodbye to those two!
